As we expand our performance marketing operations, we are seeking a results-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other performance channels.
  • Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, targeting, and creatives to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copies, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize based on data insights.
  • Track KPIs including CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad assets.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance or digital marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree completed in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools.
  • Solid understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and event setup.
  • Experience with audience segmentation, retargeting, and funnel strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with additional platforms such as TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Snapchat.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, or Looker Studio.
  • Experience in e-commerce, lead generation, or app marketing campaigns.
